By downloading or using the PassportPic ID Maker app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Use of the App

PassportPic ID Maker is a tool to assist users in creating ID and passport photos. While we strive for accuracy with official standards (ICAO, etc.), users are responsible for verifying that the generated photos meet the specific requirements of the authority they are submitting to. We are not responsible for rejected applications.

3. Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the developer.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring your photos meet the specific requirements of the issuing authority
• You must verify compliance before submitting photos for official documents
• You agree to use the app in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

If the app offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, they are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
