Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. All your clipboard data is stored locally on your device. iCloud sync (if enabled) uses your personal CloudKit database — only you can access it. We have no servers and never see your content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Clips Pro removes the 50-clip limit (unlimited clips), unlocks AI Lab features (smart categorization, text transformation, and more), and supports the independent developer. The free tier always includes core clipboard functionality.
Go to iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions, find "Clips Pro", and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Alternatively, open the App Store → tap your profile → Subscriptions.
Open Clips → Settings → tap "Upgrade to Pro" → tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
iCloud Sync uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your clips across all devices signed in with the same Apple ID. Enable it from the Sync tab. Sync requires an active iCloud account and internet connection. Data syncs automatically in the background.
Swipe left on any individual clip to delete it. To delete all clips at once, go to Settings → scroll down to "Danger Zone" → tap "Delete All Clips". This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
First, try force-quitting and reopening the app. If the issue persists, ensure you're on the latest version (App Store → Updates). If it still occurs, please email us at support@clipsapp.co with your iOS version and a description of the issue — we'll fix it fast.
